I discovered NLP when I worked as a technician in the mid 1990s on the production of “The Hypnotic World of Paul McKenna” television programme. At around the same time I read a report on a journalist news group by Peta Heskell about the NLP training she had just had. It leapt out of the page at me! I contacted Peta and she told me more about Paul McKenna’s NLP training, and I signed up. Like many people that is the point I felt my life changed!
Peta was one of the helpers on the course, and so was Susanna Bellini, who later became apprentice to Richard Bandler, one of the founders of NLP. After a gap, when I honed my skills, I eventually did Master Practitioner Training with Suzanna.
Since then I have been using my knowledge and experience to help people move towards where they want to be.
Before all that I was training director for a communications training company, where I discovered the fear that most potential public speakers feel, and looked for techniques to overcome it. I discovered meditation and yoga and a host of other techniques.
I help run a practise group based in Tunbridge Wells where we look at wider aspects of NLP ideas and hone our skills. ADHD, IEMT, TFT, Hypnosis and many other subjects are discussed regularly
